Our Commitment

 At O2 Supplements, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because our supplements are custom-made on demand and classified as perishable goods, our return policy is strictly structured around quality control and safety.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

  • To report a damaged item, please email us at [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL] within 14 days of delivery.

  • You must include your order number and clear photographic proof of the damaged product and its packaging.

Incorrect Orders

If you received a different product than what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days with a photo of the item received, and we will rush the correct product to you immediately.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Change of Mind: Because our products are printed and manufactured on demand via our fulfillment partner, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you change your mind, choose the wrong flavor, or no longer want the product.

  • Opened Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any supplement that has been opened or has its safety seal broken.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: O1 Supplements is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received by the customer. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Refund Processing

Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
