Are these supplements safe to combine with other products?
Our clean formulas are designed with high bioavailability. However, because everyone's body is unique, we highly recommend reviewing the ingredient list with your healthcare professional before adding new supplements to your routine.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
To maintain top freshness, our products are processed on demand immediately after purchase. Because of this fast fulfillment cycle, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have entered the manufacturing stage.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All O2 Supplements are freshly manufactured on demand. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for our facility to formulate, label, and pack your order. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days nationwide.
How can I track my order status?
As soon as your supplements leave our fulfillment facility, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information on their system.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
O2 Supplements is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received. We recommend checking with your neighbors or building manager first, and contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Can I return a product if I change my mind or don't like the flavor?
Because our supplements are custom-made on demand and classified as perishable nutritional goods, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for a change of mind, flavor preferences, or selection errors.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives broken or defective, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund. Please contact our support team at within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photo proof of the damage.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Do you restock popular items or limited editions?
Many of our bestsellers and core essentials are restocked regularly. Limited edition activewear may sell out quickly, so we suggest signing up for restock alerts.
Can I return a supplement that has already been opened?
For strict health and safety regulations, we can never accept returns or offer refunds for any product that has been opened or has its safety seal broken.
